Our family had a great time. We spent a week in Cabin 3, our favorite because it is all by itself on the north end of the resort. My husband caught 43 Northerns in three hours (one was 5 pounds, most were small). My brother-in-law caught 4 nice walleyes the same day - we don't see fishing like that in Iowa! Strawberry Lake is a hidden gem, it was deserted all week and we had it all to ourselves. Even on the weekend there were only about 8 or 10 other boats out.
Great place, good swimming and fishing. Everybody is friendly.
